In the event, if you are displeased with our products we will ensure to refund the money, provided if the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, customers have the liberty to cancel the product purchased or ordered from AConcept and can initiate for the refund. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Customer can initate the process of cancellation by filling the RETURN Form, which is available on the user account login. All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the despatch of the items (i.e, the orders with PROCESSING as the current status). Once the order is shipped, the order can be cancelled only in case of the goods are proved to be of poor quality or defect. Once cancellation request is accepted we will process the refund in 3 working days, the customer will get the FULL refund within 14 days or earlier., subject to banking/payment gateway process to the same mode of payment.
Requests received beyond the above timeline will be treated as void.

In case if any customer is not completely satisfied with AConcept products after purchase, AConcept will provide the refund for the same - if the package is unopened, or informed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Once a refund request is accepted, we will process the refund in 3 working days, the customer will get the FULL refund within 14 days or earlier., subject to banking/payment gateway process to the same mode of payment. Any AConcept products If purchased using credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
